Optional Extras & Customization
Our standard board and batten siding is ideal for those that plan to use their Timber Bunkie in summer. For three season use you might want to consider the optional shiplap siding. Price varies with Bunkie size.
2. Front Overhang
With our standard configuration the loft is the same length as the lower floor. We offer an optional 4’ front overhang for additional space in the loft. Loft overhang is $1,524.00. on the 10’ wide bunkies and $1,628 on the 12’ wide bunkies
3. King Truss
1. Shiplap Siding
As a feature item we offer a king post truss. King truss is $650.00.
4. Additional Loft Flooring
In the kit we include flooring for the loft. The standard size loft extends from the from wall to the second truss from the front. For our clients that want additional space in the loft, we can provide additional flooring. Extra loft flooring is approximately $2.50 per square foot.
5. Windows
Our handmade windows and doors are uniquely designed so that additional framing is not required for installation. The frames are designed with a groove that fits over the barn board siding. This feature allows flexibility in where and how many window are used. Extra windows are $300.00 each.
